The Process is Simple
Step 1: Share a Photo
Send me a photo of your special place — it's easy! It can be a photo you took on your phone, a real estate photo, even Google street view will work most of the time.
Step 2: Choose a Size
For most homes, a standard size works fine; if your home is larger or if you wish to capture more landscape, we may wish to size up.

I deliberately size my portraits so they will fit a standard frame. What does that mean for you? It means you can easily mat and frame the portrait yourself, using pre-cut mats and frames found at craft supply stores and online. This method is more economical and speedy and still results in a beautiful presentation. But if you'd like to give your heirloom piece the upgrade it deserves, have it professionally framed.
Step 3: Secure Your Deliver-By Date
Capture your space on my calendar with a 50% deposit**. During the busy holiday season, please allow up to three weeks for delivery. Often I am able to complete smaller works more quickly, and will ship as soon as possible. Delivery or meet-up is available in the High Country — Boone, Blowing Rock, Banner Elk and surrounding.
